The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali In-Depth

In this advanced first series comprised of 7 weeks of 1 hour long classes each, we explore the wisdom of the first Pada of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.

We will look at 7-8 sutras per hour long class first in Sanskrit, then translate directly into English each aphorism.

We will then discuss the sutra’s meaning and importance and how we can apply it directly to our everyday living.

Learn to Meditate

In this beginning meditators class, we will learn the steps in   yogic meditation as well several meditation tools to become a   proficient meditator. The class includes a practicum to insure  when you leave you can comfortably practice with confidence at home.

Meditation Teacher Training

This 12 hour course will provide the student with the tools and techniques necessary to successfully teach others how to effectively meditate. By learning valuable methods to help others turn inward and experience superconscious states, we naturally deepen our own practice as well.

Train to understand the benefits of meditation, why we should meditate, proper breathing and posture, how to better concentrate, how to use awakened energy.

Learn the liberating yoga processes involved in the science of meditation. Asana, Pratyahara, Concentration, and Meditation will be fully explored as well as Japa, Chanting, Chakra and Mantra meditation.

Nutrition - Ayurveda - Cleansing

This three hour seminar first reviews and explains the fundamentals of the western nutrition model clarifying and simplifying how, what and when to eat.

The seminar then goes on to explain the basics of ayurveda, including taste therapy, food combining and assists everyone in determining their own unique body/mind constitution.

In the final hour of the seminar, daily, monthly and seasonal cleansing routines are explained using both a western model and an ayurvedic model of cleansing.

A Healthy Yogic Lifestyle

This day long experience is an immersive designed to train each person and give them specific tools and regimens to achieve individual ideal health.

The seminar includes: the ayurvedic concept of the six pillars of health, a tailored ayurvedic program of diet and lifestyle. Mindful eating. The psychological and emotional effects of food. The right use of pranayama and mantra. Sleep hygiene. Understanding the disease process. Daily and seasonal cleansing procedures as well as rejuvenation techniques and much more…

The History & Mystery of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali were not always the recognized Yoga authority they are today. In this introductory seminar, we will discuss their structure and formation as well as their controversial history and the mysteries surrounding their creation.

The Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali

Over a period of four hours, we will review each sutra first in its original Sanskrit then an exact translation into English in order to discuss its meaning and significance in the transformation of consciousness.
